The truth is that those who force hard work, effort, and reform are incompetent people who just want to enjoy themselves.

I am keenly aware that there are indeed many people in Japanese society who would lightly tell people to “struggle,” “work hard,” and “reform”. This is a country governed by people, or rather, a country of companies governed by people.
This is not because they are wrong, but only because they are angry that they are not getting their way and are pointing the finger at others. Only those who spout such things have never really struggled, worked hard, or reformed. In my own life, I have never heard or seen anyone who has said the aforementioned things lightly and been in their right mind. I have not even met one. That is the reality.
As evidence, when I ask them, “Well, then, what hardships, efforts, and reforms have you made?” they have absolutely nothing good to say. It’s so thin that it’s ridiculous to listen to it, and I get so tired of hearing it that I yawn. I am really getting fed up with it.
So why say only that? There is a natural reason for that.
After all, “Struggle!” or “Work hard!” or “Reform!” are all, without exception, simply proud winners in a race to the finish line, while stepping on the hard work, effort, and reforms of others, kicking them to the ground, and reducing them to dust. It is no exaggeration to say that it is quite natural that we cannot get any real answers from them. No matter how much they try to make up for it, their daily words and actions ooze ugliness. You don’t think that they would not understand, do you? Although they don’t say it, they are really looking at you with a wary eye. Well, they are probably putting their own incompetence on the shelf and saying it out of pride. And they are not aware that they are incompetent.
I don’t want you to misunderstand that I am not talking about those who are really making an effort. Because those who are really making an effort would never say or think the aforementioned things lightly, or even before, even if they could speak or think them.

This is not a matter of “thinking” or “feeling” in a naïve and naïve way. It is not too much to assert, but rather too little to say. This is “the fact”, “the reality” and “the truth”. It’s not a matter of good or bad, it’s nothing more than a golden rule that can’t be described in any other way and has absolutely no room for doubt.
