The fact that many Japanese companies treat people with developmental disabilities brutally and ruthlessly with impunity.

From my experience at my previous job, I must say that many Japanese companies treat their employees not as “human beings” but as “slaves”. This is the reason why it is said that “Japan is a tourist utopia but a labor dystopia”. Since even Japanese people are treated badly, foreigners who come to Japan as technical interns are treated even worse. It is no wonder that many foreigners who have come to Japan regret having worked in Japan.
I digress a little, but since even normal people are treated badly, people with developmental disabilities who cannot read the atmosphere are treated even worse. In my experience, it is common for people with developmental disabilities to not only be given tasks, but also responsibilities. And while they say they are entrusting the work to the person in charge, the person who is giving the instructions is not responsible for any of it.
I have done countless small, detailed jobs almost by myself. Moreover, I am always the one who is appointed to do the work in the rain. Anyway, I have never been treated like a human being. In other words, I was treated almost like a slave, trash, or scrap. They tell me to hurry up, but everyone around me feigns indifference and does nothing. And yet, whenever something happens, I am the only one attacked.
They are also very quick to turn their previous statements upside down, often causing confusion, and they do not even try to tell you what they know when you ask them. They do not want to listen to you, even when you tell them the facts, dismissing them as excuses. When they go this far, it is obvious that they “don’t want to do it”.
In the extreme, they keep dumbing down the work, and then they drive you to stop thinking, and then they curse you for not being able to think. When something takes time, they not only don’t worry about it, they only blame me for taking so long. They are ignoring me, even though I am causing them a great deal of trouble. They only connect with certain employees, and insidiously harass those who are not connected to them to make them quit. How can we improve under the current situation where a corporate version of “village-society” is being built with such favoritism?
Then they say, “Just quit,” but people with developmental disabilities who have poor communication skills and self-esteem have an extremely difficult time finding new employment. Moreover, when developmental disabilities are not recognized by society, they can only get jobs in such a poor environment that no one will apply for them. As they age, it becomes even more difficult for them to find new employment, so it is a natural consequence that more and more people become reclusive. This is how the number of people who have no choice but to lead an unwilling life increases, making it difficult or impossible for them to rebuild their lives. In any case, Japanese companies are extremely cruel and heartless toward people with developmental disabilities. It is sad to say, but it is an undeniable fact. And it goes without saying that the company is a dysfunctional, man-controlled corporation with a dysfunctional compliance system.

This is not a matter of “thinking” or “feeling” in a naïve and naïve way. It is not too much to assert, but rather too little to say. This is “the fact”, “the reality” and “the truth”. It’s not a matter of good or bad, it’s nothing more than a golden rule that can’t be described in any other way and has absolutely no room for doubt.
